Our promise: We offer repair free of charge during warranty period, and promise a follow-up service for the life time of the equipment.
1. During the warranty period, we will repair the equipment units free of charge , if the deficiency caused by product quality problems. We take no responsibility if the failure coursed by disobeying operation regulation of the clients or under the irrevocable exterior factors stipulated by our country.
2. After our customer purchases our LED display, we will also provide our customer with the service of software upgrading free of charge.
3. We can give the quick response for unit repairing.
4. On-line technology support: We will provide on-line technology support for technical consultant, trouble shooting and repairing contact.
5. We will give you some replacement modules to replace and then send the broken one back to factory to repair. |

The purpose of the training is to give the system operator a full training course so that he can skillfully control the system and handle some basic malfunction or system failure in the operation. The training course is divided into two phases as follows:
1. Factory training with the following courses:
-Basic computer knowledge
-Basic LED knowledge
-LED hardware structure and working principle
-Screen programming and all software demonstration
-System daily maintenance and safety regulations.
2. On-site training
-The installation of system software
-The function of apparatus in system and the method of right usage.
-The inspection, adjustment and test of apparatus and the measurement tools common use and instrumental usage.
-The apparatus protection instructions.
-The daily maintenance of display information
-Ordinary software & hardware malfunction disposal
-The maintenance of apparatus |
